We are looking for a Diabetes/Endocrinology Consultant to join a team of consultants, specialist nurses and fully functional wider MDT, supported by input from all associated specialties..
The post holder will join a team of 4 existing consultants and will be based at the purpose-built Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology at York Hospital. The population served is approximately 300,000 and the service is supported by a comprehensive Diabetes and Endocrinology MDT.
We have a commissioned and fully operational Community Diabetes Service and the post holder will play an integral part in the delivery of this service alongside our nursing, dietetic, podiatry and psychology colleagues.
