**SAP Administrator**
**Location**: Remote
**Length**:ASAP until January 2024
**Rate**: £113-124 per day (£32,000 p.a)
**Hours**: 9am - 6pm
**Purpose of the role**
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the main purpose of the role is to carry out SAP updates and additions following on from site surveys and P&ID reviews.
- The above will include communication with site, P&ID contractors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate SAP structures matching plant and P&ID disposition.
Entry level requirements - skills and experience

**Qualifications**:

- HNC level qualification in engineering or equivalent experience
**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide SAP updates based on Site P&ID surveys in Malt Distilling
- Provides feedback on improvements relating to the CMMS
- Provides detailed reporting for maintenance. Supports RCM process where and when required
- Provide asset data trend to multi-disciplinary problem-solving teams to allow systemic and situational problems to be addressed.
- Attend routine maintenance review meetings. Provide maintenance SAP reports to allow work to be analysed and prioritised as necessary
**Excellence in Supply Chain**
- Understands and uses MMS principles, tools and techniques
**Essential**
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to drive improvements
- Extensive experience in use of SAP-PM
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all levels across the plant
- Ability to organise a variety of tasks and prioritise self and others accordingly
- Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance techniques and SAP-PM system
Able to work as individual but also part of team. Have meticulous attention to detail
**Desirable**
- Hands-on maintenance / Engineering experience
- Knowledge of Distilling & Malting processes
- Good presenting skills
- Critical analytical thinking, working in three dimensions, past, present and future
**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a production or service environment, technical and or/management experience an advantage, though not imperative.
- Excellent communication skills, good attitude and professional conduct are vital.
