**Job Introduction**:
We have an opportunity for a Customer Relations Administrator to join our team to provide best in class customer service, which includes organising and managing admin and order related tasks and providing support to the Customer Relations Coordinator.

**Main Responsibility**:

- Support Customer Relations Coordinators with administrative tasks related to the customer order process, which will include running order book reports, sourcing and preparing internal and external documentation.
- Follow all necessary controls to ensure we are HMRC Compliant (hard copy files retained for 7 years), ensuring any documentation is fully compliant with process.
- Maintain Bulk SEED check database for European markets and manage submissions to and communication with HMRC.
- Coordinate the sample order process, organising supply of FOC stock for various areas of the business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient responses.
- Understand the order to cash process followed by the Customer Relations Coordinators and where the administrative support can help.
- Follow and comply with all WGW processes, standards, and guidelines in the performance of your role, reporting any non-conformances in a timely manner.
- Contribute and participate in the Team Performance System through engaging in team meetings and taking an active part in problem solving activities.
