I have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced sales negotiator/estate agent to join my client on a full time permanent basis.

You will need at least 3+ years experience in real estate and have a desire to take the next step in your career.

This is a home based role with the security and benefits of an employed status. You will be responsible for managing your own diary offering customers support at the time that suits you.

**Day to Day task-**
- Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area (Southville)
- Making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing
- Developing business contacts with the local constituencies in order to further referrals and the Estate Agency network.
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales

**Whats you will get in return-**

Basic salary of £20,000-£30,000 (OTE £60,000+), Uncapped Commission, Profit Share, Company Car / Car Allowance, Pension

This is a home based role with the security and benefits of an employed status. You will be responsible for managing your own diary offering customers support at the time that suits you.
