Guest Experience Assistant

DBR Investment Group is a leading property investment company. We manage a portfolio of our properties, some of which are available on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and accommodations during their stays.
**Your Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a great experience throughout their stay in our properties.
You will be the main on-the-ground point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, answering enquiries, and ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- This is a part-time position, offering flexibility in hours pertaining to your schedule._
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all guest communications, including enquiries, booking requests, and post-stay reviews.
- Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and linen supply teams to ensure that properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards before each guest arrival.
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns raised by guests and taking proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of guest communications and issues, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented.
- Work closely with us and the booking management company to ensure that our properties meet the standards of our guests and compliance.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of our Airbnb property management operations.
- Supervise crucial groundwork, including the maintenance of communal areas and management of rubbish collection.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest schedules.
