General Maintenance

Hooke Court is a residential study centre hosting visiting school groups. We are currently looking to recruit a full time grounds and general maintenance individual. With over 40 acres of grounds and multiple buildings the role would be very varied and you would be involved in with all teams at Hooke Court. Duties would include
- General Grounds Maintenance
- Lawn maintenance
- Hedge maintenance
- Path Maintenance
- Flower bed maintenance
- Health and Safety Checks
- General building maintenance
- Repairing broken items as needed
- Painting
- Health and Safety Checks

Reporting to the director this is a full time position starting as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Please note any employment is conditional of a satisfactory DBS check which is paid for by Hooke Court.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
