Fellow - Hand and Upper Limb Surgery

The Fellow will assist in elective orthopaedic clinics and, if appropriate, will have “supervised” solo new and follow up clinics.

The Fellow will be in theatre approximately 3-4 sessions per week and, depending on their experience, they will be performing procedures in supervised and also, if appropriate, on tandem theatre lists to prepare for independent practice. This will increase as the Fellow’s experience and operative independence increases.

**Research**: 1 session per week is allocated for clinically based research and there will be a Consultant appointed to supervise and facilitate this.
