**Timesheet Administrator**

My client based within the NHS in Brighton is recruiting for an experienced timesheet administrator with a professional attitude:

**- **Timesheet Administrator
**Location**: Brighton (On site/ No Hybrid working)
**To start**: ASAP
**Duration**: 6 months
**Full Time**: 37.5 hours
**Shifts**: Monday to Friday: 8 to 4, 9 to 5, 10 to 6 ( there is some flexibility with hours, within core hours, whilst still committing to full time hours ). During the Training period the worker will need to fit in with the Trainer's working hours.

**Key Skills**: Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail is essential and workers must be comfortable with dates and numbers and happy dealing with repetitive tasks such as data entry, as this is a key element of the role.

**Main Duties**: Processing Medical Locum Timesheets for UH Sussex Medical Locums ( working to a 3-day SLA and other strict deadlines )
Ensure Doctors are paid on time.
Checking the rate table, entering shifts into the system, checking timesheets for accuracy, calculating rates and entering information onto a spread sheet.
Dealing with queries raised by Doctors if feel they have not been paid correctly.
Previous NHS experience is not necessary as full training will be given but experience within an office environment and Microsoft Excel skills are crucial.
