No experience is required for this role as full training will be given, but you must be confident and willing to work as park of a team to reach our common goal.

Customer Service is at the heart of what we do. Initially, working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing the day to day needs of our clients. This will include day to day client contact over the phone, dealing with renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments and delivering first-class customer service and sales advice.

We are a small independent insurance broker based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The company has great growth opportunities for 2023/24. The director is still involved in the day to day running of the business and therefore your enthusiasm and hard work will be noticed. Long Term, for those that want to progress within an office or Financial Services based role there is the opportunity if you are able to assist in driving this business forward through your hard work and determination to create your own role either managing staff or looking after a set of client accounts.

You must be able to provide information to clients in a timely, confident and professional manner. We are looking for a positive friendly professional team player, who always develops and maintains good working relationships with clients, colleagues, insurers.

Main duties:

- Liaise with clients over the phone to give new business quotations or renew existing client policies.
- Maintain records using our software system, ensuring all data recorded is accurate and correct.
- Process amendments to existing policies as requested by clients.
- Liaise with Insurers and our accident Claim Management Company over the telephone.

Desirable:

- Confident on the Microsoft and good general computer skills
- Successful track record in same or similar environment.
- Knowledge and experience of the Personal Lines Insurance Industry.
- Knowledge and experience of Applied EPIC.

Hours:
Full time hours (Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30 & Alternative Sat morning 09:00-13:00)
