Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled dental receptionist who can provide good administrative and customer support in our dental practice KAA Dentals in mountain ash.

Duties:

- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly manner
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling efficiently
- Handle patient inquiries over the phone and in person
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely
- Process payments and insurance claims promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team.

Skills:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and dental practice management systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
