As our **HSEQ Advisor**, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Operations Teams to meet statutory legislation and HSEQ Management system requirements, ensuring compliance and driving excellence.

Your mission? To report compliance gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and support our commitment to safety and legal compliance.

Be the spearhead in all matters related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality. Question and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
- Key Duties:_
- Conduct H&S inductions and risk assessments
- Deliver H&S audits and investigate/report incidents
- Provide expert HSEQ advice and deliver engaging Toolbox Talks
- Represent the HSEQ Team at client and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain accurate performance data in GCU systems
- Support the development and improvement of management systems
- Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:_
- Full UK/EU Driving Licence and CSCS Card
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or higher)
- Working knowledge of Construction (Design & Management) Regs
- Working Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018
- Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role and willingness to learn are desirable.
