- An enthusiastic and passionate tutor to teach a range of cooking and catering courses. Most classes are in community and family learning areas and offer a range of progression routes.
- A team player who enjoys innovative ways of teaching learners
- Someone who is learner centred
- Empathy - you understand the challenges faced by adult learners and that different learning styles require different teaching styles
