Help us make a difference as a Stores Keeper at our facility in Ipswich.
**A quick look at the role.**
To organise and maintain the Stores, inventory/ stock levels and the stores system in line with the Site requirements. To carry out regular stock checks ensuring that stock is available when needed. When stocks are used to source replacement parts and to organise the refurbishment of parts where possible. To maintain the stores facilities and quarantine areas.
This position is Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week.

- To produce weekly reports on the CMMS as to the stock value and value of stores used in week.
- To ensure lifting equipment is controlled.
- To carry out daily consumables count and maintain stock levels.
- To support the Engineering manager & Stores manager in the development of the stores and Inventory.
- To carry out alongside the stores manager, weekly/ monthly and Quarterly stock checks and Audits to ensure the level is correct on CMMS
- Work with the Stores Manager to ensure that all lifting equipment in the Lifting equipment stores has been checked and is in date and when used on site the location is known.
- Identify potential areas for improvements in the stores and or the systems.
- Use the CMMS fully as per company procedures to minimise the potential to be out of stock.
- Work with the Stores Manager to ensure Critical spares for new equipment is ordered for new items.
