We have significantly invested in our HR team at Marshalls creating a real focus on People being our key differentiator. We’re now looking for a fabulous Talent Advisor to join our lively team and support with end-to-end recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to advise and work closely with our highly successful Group Operations function which sits at the heart of the Marshalls business.

**So, what’s the mission?**

You'll have the opportunity to visit our manufacturing sites to build stakeholder relationships, provide hands-on training and really understand what we do. This could involve visiting one of our quarries or a state-of-the-art Manufacturing site across the UK. Don't worry; a hard hat and safety boots will be provided

There’s lots to do and several exciting people-related projects to get involved with. You’ll join our fast-paced and supportive team, we're always on the go, and we thrive on openness, honesty, laughter, and fun.

**What are the critical skills we need?**
- Previous experience of high-volume recruitment and managing multiple vacancies (20 vacancies+) in a Manufacturing/Operations environment
- Great at creating content for social media, writing job adverts and job descriptions
- Able to attract and source great talent without using recruitment agencies
- Be highly organised with a beady eye for detail and able to work at pace
