**The Role & Key Responsibilities**:
**Job Title**: Production Operative

**Location**: Fradley, Staffordshire, UK

**Contract**: Full time, Permanent.

**Shift pattern**: Monday - Friday -07:30 - 16:30

Our Premier Nutrition site located in Fradley, Staffordshire is looking to recruit a productive operative, this role has an important part in contributing to the business success by ensuring safe and efficient production, meeting high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.

**Day to Day Tasks**:

- Weigh and batch-track ingredients.
- Handle packaging and prepare for mixing.
- Add ingredients to batches.
- Pack and stack products
- Operate production line equipment.
- Monitor, test, and perform quality checks.
- Clean and maintain work areas and machinery.

**About you**:

- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
- Quick & methodical work style
- Team Player with a willingness to learn.
- Good practical skills and concentration on repetitive tasks

**Other Factors**:

- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
- Will be required to commute to and from site daily.
- Travel between our two sites (Fradley & Rugeley)
- Please note within the duties of this role you will be expected to lift and move 25kg bags during your working day.
