**Requirements**:

- A degree in a life sciences or related discipline
- Relevant postgraduate experience within an academic or industrial setting
- In-depth knowledge of biologics, immunology, cancer biology, and molecular biology
- Practical experience with cell phenotyping and screening assays
- Practical experience with genetic engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to analyse and present data
- Proficient working with computer systems
- Experience working in project teams
- The right to work in the UK

**Desirables**
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, preferably a PhD
- Experience working with lipid nanoparticles
- Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DoE) workflows
- Experience of working with in vitro / in vivo models of disease, mRNA / siRNA or similar
- Project and/or people leadership experience

Pay: £37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
