Cleaner/maintenance

**Cleaner / Maintenance person**

**James Cowie & Co Ltd have a vacancy for a full time cleaner / maintenance person.**

**Cleaning duties will include but not limited to**

**cleaning main office and individual offices hoovering, dusting, emptying bins etc**

**cleaning of canteen areas in both main office & workshop**

**Cleaning of toilets in main office & also the workshop**

**Cleaning of bays in workshop and general cleaning down of machines in workshop**

**Emptying rubbish into recylcycling bins**

**Maintenance duties will be as & when required full information will be discussed at interview.**

**Occasional gardening duties such as weeding, strimming etc**

**Hours of Work Mon - Thu 7.00am - 3.30pm, Fri 7.00am - 2.30pm**

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
