We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and organised individual to lead and manage Hertfordshire Single Point Of Contact. This role will involve line management of a team of 5 covering SPOC Duties and a further team of 3, who offer brief interventions to non-dependant Alcohol clients, as well as Cannabis users.

**Responsibilities**:
**Purpose of the role**: The post holder will provide leadership, management and support for the SPOC team, providing a single point of contact for all communication into CGL Hertfordshire.

The SPOC Team work on a rota ensuring the service is fully operational 5 days per week, with a Saturday reduced service, SPOC provide a combination of telephone triage, advice and brief intervention, onward signposting to universal services across Herts as well as handling communication and enquiries from a wide range of professionals and partner organisations.
