We are delighted to have secured significant funding to enhance our AHP leadership across Oxford Health and we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Allied Health Professional to lead our CAMHS and eating disorder services in the Oxford, Swindon, Wilts and BaNES mental health directorate.

We are looking for an AHP with the clinical skills in CAMHS and/or eating disorders services to influence service change, champion the values of AHPs in mental health and help set strategic direction and support AHPs in these services. We want to grow our services to embed AHPs throughout our service provision to ensure the best clinical care for our clients.

Within our CAMHS and Eating disorder services we have the following AHP's - occupational therapists, dietitians, speech and language therapists and arts therapies.

**In this role, your main responsibilities will be**:

- To provide professional leadership for the Allied Health Professions within the CAMHS and Eating disorder services in Oxfordshire, Swindon Wilts and BaNES and enable strategic development of the professions in accordance with national and local NHS guidance
- To be accountable for the professional and clinical performance of AHP staff and to perform a representative and advisory role within these services for matters relating to AHP’s. To offer advice to the leadership team on the role of AHP’s, staffing levels and skills mix.
- To provide specialist clinical assessments and intervention in a relevant field in line with experience

You will be a senior member of the CAMHS and eating disorder leadership teams. You will be well supported by the directorate AHP lead and the wider AHP leadership team across the Trust. We are a welcoming and passionate group of AHPs and look forward to growing our team. We are flexible and supportive and open to creative solutions.
