E-commerce & Retail Coordinator (Part-time)

Clan is seeking an E-Commerce & Retail Coordinator on a part-time basis to manage the overall selling of donated items across e-commerce platforms and ensure sales goals are achieved and exceeded. The role is based at Clan House, Aberdeen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Identify, display and photograph donated items and stock for sale on online platforms;
- List items for sale on e-commerce platforms after determining the best possible price and platform for maximum income using various research tools;
- Achieve and, wherever possible, exceed sales and KPI targets;
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service;
- Adhere to Clan’s HR policies and procedures as outlined in company handbook to ensure statutory requirements are met and maintained;
- Adhere to policies and procedures in respect of Health & Safety and security;
- Be responsible for achieving high standards of visual merchandising, presentation and photography in line with pre-determined initiatives;
- Ensure that stock levels are regularly reviewed and maintained to maximise sales and where necessary, take corrective actions;
- Ensure Gift Aid donors are added to the database maintaining GDPR compliance;
- Actively manage all direct expense budgets;
- Ensure effective communication of performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the E-Commerce & Retail Manager;
- Work as part of the wider retail team to share best practice and ensure success across all Clan shops and e-commerce platforms;
- Ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with in a sympathetic and timely manner and escalated to the E-Commerce & Retail Manager if necessary;
- Develop action plans to increase the sales, turnover and KPIs of all e-commerce platforms;
- Ensure all reporting is completed on a timely basis;
- Any other ad hoc duties related to shop cover and assisting at events to support the wider Income Generation team;
- Occasional paid overtime required to cover staff annual leave or staff training days.

**Salary**: £10,605.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
