We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our small, caring team providing excellent personalised care for an individual with a brain injury. The role involves working in a 2:1 care setting, alongside another staff member, to ensure comprehensive support 24 hours a day in a friendly and caring environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with dressing and daily activities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Support with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy sessions
- Accompany individual on outings and walks
- Driving is beneficial but not essential
- General upkeep of home

**Requirements**:

- A caring and empathetic nature
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including occasional nights
- Commitment to providing high-quality, personalised care
- Bubbly and positive outlook

**Shifts**: Mixture of mainly days with occasional nights (approximately 2 nights per month)

**Shift** **timings**: Day shift 7:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00pm / Nightshift 7:00pm - 7:00am
