**Job Description - Bartender**
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages (including coffees and/or teas) for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Cleaning and restocking bar inventory and supplies, emptying trash and
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- 8 shifts per week adding up to 47 hours per week

- **Bartender Requirements**:

- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work around peak hours, including evenings, late mornings, weekends, and holidays
- A polite, engaging personality
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
