Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is properly groomed and prioritized
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap to internal teams
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas for optimization

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Proficient in using collaboration tools like SharePoint or Confluence
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
