Sales Negotiator

This is a well established office with an excellent reputation in the area is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator.

They would be expected to grow and develop the sales service provided by Belvoir Melton Mowbray and Bingham. Predominately based in the Bingham office this person should be forward thinking and self motivated.

This role requires a confident person to undertake appraisals, marketing of properties, viewings and negotiating offers.

They would be responsible for the sales progressing and compliance across the Melton Mowbray and Bingham offices.

They would be developing the brand awareness through social media marketing, videos and communications.

Full training will be provided. Must have own car.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
