Behaviour Support Practioner (Hampshire):
To ensure people's needs are met and appropriate development plans are in place by providing behaviour support and advice to the Operations Team, and to provide specialist consolation and guidance for individuals with learning disabilities (including mentalhealth duality) and/or Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) who require behavioural support. To develop, with operation staff, innovative and person centred services based on Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support. To assist with the deliveryand operation of a high quality, cost effective service which meets individual needs. To assist an agreed clinical caseload of complex cases and working collaboratively with other external agencies.

Maintain equipment and report accidents in a timely fashion.
