Veterinary Receptionist

**My client is a large, established, independent multi-site practice with a warm, welcoming family feel, who pride themselves on the level of service they deliver to customers.**

Due to the growth of the practice they are seeking a dynamic, focused and personable receptionist to join their large reception team on a permanent**, Full-Time basis. **They currently have **2 roles available**, the first of which is based on 34 hours per week plus 1 in 6 Saturday mornings. The hours of work will be as follows:

- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays 1pm to 7pm
- Thursdays 9am to 6pm
- Fridays 10am to 7pm
- Saturdays (1 in 6) 9am to 1pm

The second role will be based on 30 hours per week (12.30am to 6.30pm), Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle as you will be required to travel to other branch practices from time to time.

The salary will be **£10.82 per hour**, potentially rising following your 6 month probation.

- Meeting and greeting customers to the practice
- Basic tidying/ cleaning of the reception area
- Appointment booking and updating vaccination cards
- Dealing with payments and cross selling products
