**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and book valuations
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree lets
- Conduct and process references and credit checks
- Draw up tenancy agreements
- Tenancy check-in and check-out’s
- Dealing with maintenance issues and property management
- Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
- List properties available to let
- Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies
- Have 1 years experience in Estate Agency
- Have excellent attention to detail and advanced communication skills
- Be customer driven with a drive for results
- Be professional, determined, ambitious, focused
- Be computer literate
- Have a full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle

**Salary**:

- Starting salary negotiable depending on level of experience Circa£18,000 - £21,000
- **Commission**

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dudley, DY3 1JA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
