**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Working under the supervision of a 2nd line Support Engineer
- Use RMM Tool, Unifi Portal, DMS and Windows to Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Use a case resolution process
- Support, setup and deploy a variety of end-user testing cables or patching using cable testing equipment

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £12,000 per annum
- 08:30 - 17:30
- Monday - Friday
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Passion for IT
- Good communicator
- Strong computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
