Join the team at Warp with a brilliant project to work on an exciting new IP and original development title, with an opportunity for creativity and impact on the game. Remote or Hybrid working options available, U.K. based.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement systems, mechanics, gameplay and level design aligned with the game and IP vision, proactively contributing to the quality of the game.
- Enhance quality of game, player engagement, balancing and experience through playing the game regularly and integrating feedback from playtests
- Collaborate closely with gameplay programmers, technical artists and environment artists to ensure a positive relationship and involvement in the design process.
- Work with the leadership team to verify task estimations, regularly communicating progress on quality, scope and alignment with game vision.
- Participate in design reviews and playtests, accepting feedback and implementing constructive solutions.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of three years experience in a video games design role
- Shipped at least one professional title on PC or console
- Able to self-manage and meet deadlines, working independently but also as a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience working in Unity and Unreal Engine

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year
