**Junior Installations Co-ordinator**

**Location - Swanley**

The role will support the installations team co-ordinate the preparation, delivery, collection, and relocation of equipment.

**Objectives for Role**
- Assist the installs team communicating with customers to agree and understand delivery, installation and collection details and expectations.
- Assist the installs team to generate paperwork for delivery crews and follow through to completion for all tasks.
- Assist with the schedule of van crew’s delivery routes and workload.
- Support the team to liaise with relevant internal and external parties, throughout the full delivery and installation process.
- Assist the team to provide customer quotes for equipment relocations.
- Regular learning of the products and services we offer to gain strong knowledge on the offerings to our clients to be able to support the full delivery and installation process
- Gain understanding of other roles to be able to provide support and cover when necessary.

**Person Specification**
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to organise time effectively and prioritise tasks to cope with fluctuating workload.
- Maintains a positive, tenacious attitude in challenging situations.
- To always remain professional with colleagues, customers, and the public.
