** REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Manufacturer within supplying a premium product to the retail sector.**
About the Role: As a result of a year of exceptional growth in our business, we are looking for an experienced sales person to join our team. Passionate about sales and home improvement you will have embraced online or virtual selling and want to progressin your career in this field. You will be target driven, focussed on achieving your sales targets and converting sales.
Part of the retail sales team, you will be facilitating and undertaking pre-arranged meetings with potential customers through virtual, showroom and telephone sales consultations, exploring their home improvement plans and suggesting ideas to meet the customersgoals and objectives for their project, guiding them on their journey from initial enquiry and ultimately converting them to order.
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively managing your own allocated leads in accordance with business KPI’s using and keeping up to date the company’s internal sales CRM system.
- Contacting and quantifying new customer enquiries and leads from our website, social media and past customer recommendations and converting the customer to quote/consultation.
- Conducting virtual, showroom and telephone customer consultations capturing their requirements and demonstrating how our products and services can meet their needs.
- Producing quotations for the customers projects and creating home renovation visuals using the company’s digital design software to show the clients what the products will look like when installed.
- Recognising and taking opportunities to maximise sales and margin for the business by upselling and cross selling.
- Achieving personal and business sales targets and conversion rates in line with business KPI’s
**About You**:
**- You will have a minimum 1 years’ experience in a proactive sales role with proven achievement of targets and KPI’s.**
**- You will have a minimum 1 years’ experience working for a company in the home improvement sector (any product).**
- Highly motivated and proactive you are a customer champion and an excellent communicator. You own your own role, whilst working effectively as part of a sales team to achieve not only your own but group sales targets and conversion rates in line with businessKPI’s.
- Have a creative flair and passion for home design and you are passionate about harnessing the power of the latest technology in a sales role to enhance the customer experience.
- IT literate with experience of using a sales CRM system, some design software experience is preferred but not essential.
**Hours of Work**:
**- Monday: 8am - 8pm**
**- Tuesday: 8am - 2pm**
**- Wednesday / Thursday / Friday: 8am - 5pm**
Please note: Mondays would require you to work from home doing virtual appointments until 8pm. The rest of the week you would be based in our Sheffield Office
