**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile accounts and statements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Manage customer account information in a secure database.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11,275.00-£12,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
