The Governors and Head Teacher of South Street Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our happy, skilled, and dedicated staff team in either KS1 or KS2.

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic HLTA to deliver in class support, lead interventions and deliver whole class cover for PPA sessions.

**The**
**applicants should demonstrate that they**:

- Have knowledge and experience across Key Stage 1 or 2
- Are able to support children with a variety of learning needs and demonstrate a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all children

Can promote high standards of attainment
- Are able to work independently, leading the teaching in some sessions
- Are able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life
- Have highly effective behaviour management skills and can support our children in their personal, social and emotional well-being
- Have a willingness to take on responsibility and be accountable
