**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:
As part of the People Team, you will be joining a team of in-house recruiters who focus on the direct sourcing across our Outbases and transport fleet. Working closely with the Logistics Recruitment Manager you will operate recruitment campaigns, offer support and advice to hiring managers throughout the process, ensuring we have a strong talent pipeline of both internal & external applicants.

This is a very busy and varied role with no two days being the same, from recruitment of Transhipping operatives right through to Outbase Supervisors and conducting recruitment of our class 1 drivers. The recruitment team ensure that the business as the right people in place as we continue along our exciting growth plan. You will provide support to the hiring managers with their recruitment needs and be responsible for the practical end to end recruitment process. You will do this by.
- Promote our company values throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to produce comprehensive role profiles
- Advise on new and existing recruitment and selection processes
- Produce eye catching attraction campaigns including social media and job boards
- Support hiring managers when conducting interviews
- Ensure all employment regulations are being met

- Efficient and punctual recruitment, filling roles in time with business needs and SLA’s set by the Logistics Recruitment Manager
- A positive and streamlined recruitment experience which demonstrates our company values
- Appointing applicants who display our company values as well as the skills needed to be a success in their new role

Experience
- SKILLS
- Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Goal-orientated and accustomed to working to challenging deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to be able to challenge opinions in a diplomatic way

TECHNICAL
- Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with using ATS or CMS is desirable
