We are recruiting for an Estimator to work for a thriving and highly successful facilities maintenance company, who pride themselves on going the extra mile for their customers.

This opportunity would suit someone that is looking for the next step in their career, someone that is outgoing and enjoys being the face of the company.

The purpose of this role is to survey a variety of commercial and residential sites to assess potential maintenance work before following up with a competitive written quotation/proposal to secure the projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assessing potential maintenance work
- Collecting appropriate information/photos
- Provide written quotations/proposals upon visiting sites
- Liaising with clients on the works required and the quote process
- Provide support to the office function in delivering quotes in a timely fashion
- Scheduling weekly routes for various attendances, whilst being as efficient as possible

**Essential Skill & Experience**
- Driver’s license
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- Flexible approach to work and a good team player
- Competent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
