**What you’ll do**:

- To lead AMC evening cleaning staff, including monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, paying particular attention to productivity and quality control
- To complete mandatory training with the team
- To clean all areas to a high standard and use cleaning materials and consumables safely adhering to all COSHH regulations.
- To conduct weekly audits within the plant and prepare action plans if required
- General cleaning duties will involve vacuuming and cleaning of office areas, cleaning of stairways and corridors and some specialised cleaning.
- To control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials and equipment in the respective areas.
- Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand gels
- Be a champion of health and safety practices

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
- Be a team player and take instruction
