- ** Department**:Commercial Finance
- ** Salary**: £80,000-90,000 Dependent on experience + Comprehensive benefits package
- ** Location**:Office aligned: Southampton, London, Nelson or Hessle (Expectation 2-3 days in office)

**Role Overview**

This is a key role within the Commercial Finance team, responsible for managing all costs across Giacom and business partnering multiple budget holders and Executive team members.

This is a new role and will require an experienced individual to come in and develop cost management processes and forecasting across the business. In addition, this role will be required to educate and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure cost management is adopted across the business.

Areas of responsibility will include overheads, staff costs, commissions and project spend including CAPEX allocations.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of the cost management process, including budgeting, reporting and KPIs.
- Identify areas of opportunity for cost savings and work with budget holders to deliver these.
- Ensure Project costs are managed correctly, measure and report ROI and ensure CAPEX allocations are correct.
- Lead monthly review sessions with budget holders and the Leadership team.
- Partner with MDs to manage sales commissions, including recommending changes to drive the best commercial and financial outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Qualified accountant with proven experience in Finance Business Partnering.
- Ability to challenge norms, ways of working and drive positive change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders and non-finance personnel.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and analysing data to deliver clear insights.
- Strong Leadership skills and a great team player.
