Learning Support Assistant

The Supply Room is currently **seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant** to join our team and support the learning and development of **KS2 year groups at a school in Harlesden.** This long-term fixed position offers a competitive pay rate of £81.76 per day.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths

**Experience**:

- Previous experience of working with children is a must

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons
- Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and provide additional support
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher
- Support students in their social and emotional development
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

**Requirements**:
