If so, a fantastic opportunity has been created to join our well-established Portfolio Landlord based in Rickmansworth as a **Trainee Property Assistant.**

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm

**Contract**:Full Time, Permanent.

**Location**:Rickmansworth WD3. 5 days a week in the office. Parking available on site

**Salary**: Between £21,000 - £24,000pa

**Essential**:Full UK driving license and car. (Paid mileage given)

**About the role**:
As a Trainee Property Assistant, you will have hands on training from some of the most experienced people in the industry. You will be assisting in managing a portfolio of properties as well as being the first point of contact for all landlords, tenants, and contractors. You will undergo a full training programme to help you achieve all the skills required to fulfill this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Carry out planned inspections to various properties
- Liaise with various contractors to resolve any maintenance issues arises
- Serve legal notices, section 21’s and section 8’s
- Chase rent arrears
- Help property manager with end of tenancy management
- Maintain good relationships with all contractors
- Keep landlords and tenants up to date throughout tenancy

**About you**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good IT Skills
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships between clients
- Desire to learn and build a career within Property Management
- Full UK driving license and car. (Paid mileage given)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
