My client is a reputable maintenance contractor based in the South of England who are now looking for a multi-skilled handy person to assist on an ongoing maintenance contract across Windsor and surrounding areas. his permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

You will be working alongside timeserved engineers covering a number of properties, most of which are listed buildings that will need maintaining and restoring. If you have experience in heritage works that is highly beneficial.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant trades experience (Favric Maintenance & Decorating)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of maintaining historic/listed buildings. (Desirable)
- Experience of working within occupied environments. (Desirable)
- 2+ years of experience working in a property maintenance environment.
- Ability to work at height.
