Ecommerce Assistant

**eCommerce Assistant** **Salary**: £20k-£24k Per Annum (DOE)

Our client based in **Witham** are seeking an eCommerce Assistant to join their team on a **Permanent** basis. The successful individual will be monitoring sales to identify product opportunities, trends, and offerings which will impact the business and provide results. If you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with dataentry experience, then we would love to hear from you

**Duties**:

- The role will include both commercial presentation of products
- Managing the various appeals and cases needed to resolve listing issues
- Monitor eCommerce websites to ensure proper functionality of links/pages
- Analyse inventory clearance levels
- Analyse sales trends to identify product opportunities, trends, and offerings which will impact the business and provide results
- Launch new customer acquisition programs
- Execute and manage all steps of the purchase order process

**Experience Required**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical understanding of data management and administrative issues
- Confidence to take initiative and communicate pro-actively with other team members
- Experience in data analysing large sets of data and manipulation using Excel
- Previous experience with the Magento backend would be an advantage, although training will be provided
- IT literate, for example Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team Player
- Experience in Amazon selling, eBay, ETSY, Onbuy and other selling marketplace tools but not essential

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
