Alecto Recruitment are now pleased to announce partnership with a manufacturing company producing leisure equipment.
Currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled CNC Turner - Setter / Operator with an immediate structure to learn programming ( Mazatrol / FANUC ). To produce machined parts by reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting and operating a varietyof CNC Lathes whilst maintaining quality and safety standards.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform required tasks
- Load Raw materials and parts onto the machine
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
- Experience in cutting a wide range of materials
- Understand technical drawings to complete work to the desired result
- Supervise the machines while they execute tasks and make adjustments where necessary
**SKILLS**
- Have working knowledge of DOOSAN and MAZAK machines
- Able to use all handheld precision measuring equipment
- Understanding of tolerances, geometric and surface finishing requirements
**WORKING HOURS**
Initial working hours are 08:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 08:00am - 13:00pm Fridays, when training has been fully completed a shift rotating pattern will take place, changing every 2 weeks. **Early** 06:00am - 14:00pm Monday to Fridays, **Lates** 14:00pm - Midnight Monday to Thursday. Overtime avilable with on early shifts as and when required.
