Guillotine Operator

**Full Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Guillotine Operator to join our growing team in a successful steel processing business based in Kidderminster.

**Job title: Guillotine Operator**

**Reporting to: Operations Director / MD**

**Salary: £11.25/h + Attendance and tea break allowance + Monthly Bonus**

**Hours: 7am - 4pm MON-THUR 7am -1pm FRI (40 hours)**

**Purpose of the position**

Set and Operate machinery to cut mild steel sheet to size with exacting tolerances

**Key responsibilities & duties**

Daily machine checks

Set Machine to achieve desired dimensions

Quality checks

Paperwork and stock control

Banding and packaging to customer specifications, including making pallets

General warehouse duties

House keeping
