**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Salary: 25K + KPI bonuses (OTE 40K year 1)**

**Location: Rossendale**

We are working with a HNW mortgage brokerage who work with Expat and Overseas clients. They are looking for someone from a strong sales background to generate new business from their 10,000 existing clients, so you need to be comfortable on the phone and pitching mortgage products.

**Responsibilities of a Sales Representative;**
- Call customers that the company have generated over the years
- Convert them to new business for Mortgage Advisors in the business

**Experience Required to Become a Sales Representative here;**
- Strong background from a sales role with KPI's
- CeMAP qualification is essential
- Good knowledge of the Mortgage industry
