Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Old Manor Hotel is currently recruiting a Food & Beveridge Supervisor. we are looking for a talented individual with at least 2years experience in a similar role

As F&B Supervisor, reporting to the Opperations Manager you will be committed to leading and inspiring a dedicated Restaurant and Bar team in order to meet and exceed all guest's expectations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Restaurant, Bar and Function Rooms

As F&B Supervisor, you will demonstrate an exceptional level of attention to detail,

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant,

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience within a busy fine dining restaurant and wedding venue
- The highest attention to detail ensuring the restaurant, bars and team is well presented at all times
- Confidently deliver exceptional 5-star service and train team to do the same.
- High level of food and drink knowledge in order to lead the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- You will have a real passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with the team and guests.
- Lead & motivate the waiting team to deliver exceptional standards & results
- Thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment
- Hands on approach
- Passion for service
- Experience in Weddings would be a distinct advantage
