**Job Title: Functional Skills Tutor**

**Position**:Full time or Part Time, temporary

**Location**:South Yorkshire

**Salary**:£24 per hour plus holiday pay

REED Further Education on behalf of a leading public sector organisation based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Functional Skills Tutor.

**The successful Functional Skills Tutor will;**
- You will prepare creative and engaging teaching materials for classes.
- You will deliver taught classes to student groups, with clear intentions and well-defined outcomes.
- You will manage student progress and achievement through the modules you deliver.
- You will evaluate students work and provide timely, constructive feedback.

**The successful Functional Skills Tutor will have the following skills and qualifications**:

- Vocationally relevant qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.
- Appropriate Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience of supporting learners through assignments and assessments.
- Math's and English at Level 2 or above.
