**Overview**: A dynamic start-up is looking for an e-Learning Content Designer and Strategist to join its Learning and Development team. This role is crucial for creating engaging, innovative, and effective digital learning solutions that support the company’s educational objectives and enhance user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of e-learning content, utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools to craft interactive and compelling courses.
- Implement instructional design methodologies to create educational content that is pedagogically sound and suitable for online learning environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of content development, from concept through design, implementation, review, and iteration based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-learning technologies and instructional design to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of digital education.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proven experience in content development and instructional design.
- Strong knowledge of courseware development software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize new ideas and translate them into engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £42,687.00 per year
