Norwich, United Kingdom Norfolk County Council Full time

**Temporary contract until March 2024 | 37 hours per week | £27,344 to £29,439 per annum (Grade G) | Norwich**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating and monitoring involvement and participation activities across Children’s Services as well as externally, with younger children (under the age of 11) and their families. You will focus on helping to ensure that children under the age of 11 have a voice within Children’s Services, through supporting the use of effective participation and co-production approaches.

You will support and champion effective user involvement activity in all areas of Norfolk’s Children’s Services, other NCC Departments and partner organisations, to enable children and their families as service users to influence and support the commissioning, service development and quality assurance of services, with a particular focus on mental health services for children under the age of 11.

We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people. Flexibility is built into the way we work, with hybrid working a key feature for many roles.

Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.

You can also find out about the rewards and benefits we offer as well as our other terms and conditions.
