The Kalimantan ROI team is a longstanding team responsible for growing demand in Kalimantan ROI region. We make an impact by maintaining and growing specific customer segments on Grab Food Services. Our team is made up of an operational team, a project management team and a data analytics team. If you are looking for an environment full of rewarding learning, then you should join our team

**Get to know the Role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- **Operation**
- Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to solving a problem
- Initiate, collaborate, and manage various projects and activities to increase demand with related stakeholders.
- Manage and actively monitor our competitors activities and initiatives.
- **Strategy & Planning**
- Project management (breakdown problem, finding the hypotheses, test the hypotheses, shepherd project until end of implementation, and ensuring the results are sustainable)
- Analyse trends and results of each channel, market and line of business on a periodic basis
- Providing in-time data analysis and key metric monitoring

**The Must-Haves**:

- You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
- You have at least 4-5 years of experience working in working in Management Consulting / Business Intelligence / Market Research / investment banking / E-commerce/ Start-ups
- You have a very good communication skill with proven experiences
- You have an experience related to marketing activities (online and offline activation)
- You are an experienced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet user with strong analytical thinking
- You can manage and lead a project that has a significant impact on the organization
- You have experience in problem solving and PDCA management
- You are knowledgeable of online food delivery business

**The Nice-to-Haves**:

- You are able to use SQL, and project management tools.
- You able to plan and execute project that tackle important problem of the organization from scratch
- You are familiar and have experience working in the Kalimantan and ROI area.
