Creative Retoucher

The Role
As a Creative Retoucher, you will be responsible for retouching a variety of fashion imagery to a world-class standard. Our workload consists of high-quality fashion imagery used in campaigns around the globe; as well as Ecom imagery requiring a faster turnaround.

Reporting to the Creative Traffic Manager, you will work in conjunction with our Creative team to advise on an appropriate creative treatment for our campaigns. You will also assist in QCing the team’s retouched images to ensure we always meet the highest standards.

We are a friendly, co-operative, supportive team, where we share the workload evenly between team members. We encourage professional development and will support you in enhancing your skillset. In turn, you will assist in motivating and upskilling the Retouch team.
You Will

Have 3-5 years’ experience of retouching fashion imagery to a high standard in a commercial setting.

Retouch elevated fashion imagery for print & online usage, to a high standard and in line with brand guidelines.

Assist in mentoring and upskilling the Retouch team.

Support in QCing the Retouch team’s output to ensure all imagery is retouched consistently and delivered to a high standard whilst meeting deadlines.

QC your daily workload.

Liaise with Creative team members to test and refine retouching techniques and to make informed decisions on image quality.

Promptly escalate any issues to your team lead, maintaining open communications on project statuses.

Be open to learning and disseminating new skills & techniques in our collaborative, supportive environment.

You Are

A talented, experienced Creative Retoucher with 3-5 years’ experience of retouching fashion imagery to brand guidelines in a fast-paced Agency environment, with a strong portfolio to match.

Conversant in colour grading, lighting & photographic techniques.

An Intermediate/Advanced Photoshop & Lightroom user. CaptureOne experience would be beneficial.

Passionate about the quality of your imagery

Highly creative, with an excellent eye for detail.

Capable and reliable, able to assist in setting the standards for the Retouch team to follow.

Diplomatic & collaborative, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Technically astute, and keen to keep up with the latest techniques & trends.

Communicative & supportive, happy to work in our friendly team

Able to commute to our Cheltenham HQ.
